Rijschool John Delsing (KvK 86963600, De Hanze 4A-18 6049 HZ Herten) takes your privacy seriously. We collect the minimum data needed, and only for the purpose you shared it for.
When you use the contact form or call us: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. When you become a learner: additional administrative data (BSN, date of birth, address) needed for the CBR registration.
Contact requests that don't lead to enrolment are kept for 6 months at most. Learner administration is kept for up to 7 years after your last contact, in line with Dutch tax retention rules.
We use necessary cookies and local storage to make the website work and to remember your cookie choice. We only place analytics and marketing cookies if you give your consent.
In the cookie banner you decide: "Accept all", "Necessary only", or choose per category via "Manage preferences":
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), via Google Tag Manager. This shows us how visitors use the website, so we can improve it.
- Marketing: Google Ads, via Google Tag Manager. This lets us measure the results of our ads.
If you choose "Necessary only", we do not load Google Tag Manager and no data is sent to Google. We keep your choice for 180 days; after that we ask for your consent again. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, just as easily as giving it.
Google may also process data outside the European Union. It does so under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Analytics keeps data for a maximum of 14 months.
